bright apartment clean apartment comfortable bed confusing procedure check-in information scanning documents
the apartment was bright! clean and close to many bars. the bed was comfortable. there was a large fridge.
the check-in procedure was very confusing. i had to check my emails constantly for information. it involved three steps and scanning documents.

complicated check-in process poor sound insulation
The studio was well-equipped, providing what i needed for my stay.
The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. I had to complete multiple steps online. A significant security deposit was required adding an unexpected financial burden. Sound insulation was poor. Noises from neighboring rooms and building operations were disruptive.

quiet environment prompt responses clean penthouse shard view
i appreciated the quiet environment and the prompt staff responses. the penthouse apartment was clean (it made a great impression). i loved the view of the shard building from the apartment. i plan to return soon for another stay.
the carpet showed some slight stains.

the hotel is very close to monument and bank tube stations. many shops are easily accessible nearby. tower bridge and borough market are within walking distance (this made exploring easy).

Fantastic Stay!
spacious interior attentive staff
The apartment featured lovely, spacious interiors and a complete kitchen. The location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and attractions. I especially appreciated the quick, helpful responses from the attentive staff. They promptly addressed all my questions! The views were amazing.
I found the check-in process rather demanding. Providing passport information for every guest and a security deposit felt excessive and a little intrusive. I understand the need for security, but streamlining this process would be beneficial.
